Our Head Coach Paul Mews has over 30 years experience, playing at a high amateur level, reaching a handicap of +4.2 and shooting a career low score of 9 under and competing as a Long Drive Professional. He has discovered that golf is as much of a mental game as it is a physical one.
When you don't trust your bodies ability to perform as it needs to, it can mess with your game mentally as well as physically.

SIGNATURE GOLF PERFORMANCE FITNESS PROGRAM
3-5 golf fit weekly workouts. These workouts are designed to eliminate your niggles, build your power and improve your mobility so you will be performing at your peak in no time! Workout on days that suite you.
Fortnightly (Every 2 weeks) new programming. Each Fortnight you will go from strength to strength with a new program that focuses on building up your weak points and capitalises on your strengths... your performance will be tracked and monitored every step of the way to ensure you continue to improve your golfing game.
Easy to use App to connect with your trainer and follow your programming. Its like having a golf fit coach in your pocket on demand wherever you go.
30min Optional Fortnightly video Power hitting Analysis Session OR Virtual Personal Training Session. Get personalise one on one support in a virtual session every two weeks to keep you on track and give you feedback in real time... So you can get the one on one attention you need.
Launch monitor progress template. Track your results and keep yourself motivated throughout the 12 weeks by seeing your swing numbers.
Nutrition Guidance. Understand what to eat during a round of golf to keep your performance, energy and focus on point and prevent a crash in energy after the first nine.
Recovery Guidance. Pre game and After game stretch sequence to ensure your body has the mobility it needs to perform on the course and doesn't pull up sore and tight after your game.
